HERE TO HELP
Having endured many years of depression I want to now encourage others through my very real experiences. I hope that to inspire others is a worthy cause and ensures that my years of turmoil can be of benefit to those in need.
MY PASSION IN LIFE
The prevention of suicide and encouraging positivity can save lives and the devastating effect which suicide wreaks upon families and communities.
I now plan to advance the cause by distributing potentially life saving literature to schools, colleges, universities, indeed anywhere where there is a need - Please join me in my mission.
MY MISSION
My Mission is to encourage those in need to reach out and to seek help.
First, we must recognise why there is a reluctance to reach out.
There are enormous pressures in society and so many people feel isolated. My purpose is to encourage discussion by distributing life enhancing suicide information packs to churches, colleges, universities, workplaces, homeless hostels, military bases and at music festivals, indeed anywhere in order to address the underlying causes of suicide and to encourage those who are feeling low, for whatever reason, to come forward.

Information packs signposting the reader to existing services and encouraging them to talk can save lives. If you know of any schools, colleges or universities which would benefit by me sending these information packs to then please let me know - it would be a pleasure!
MY WALK TO INSPIRE HOPE
My walk of respect, in memory of my parents, will highlight the need to raise awareness and reduce the stigma of suicide.
If I, through my own experiences, can reach one individual then my own life would not have been In vain.
SPONSOR ME PLEASE
With my renewed spirit of optimism and with my wealth of real life experience and in honour of those we have lost I am looking forward to replicate the journey which my dear Dad and his comrades made over 70 years ago .
My walk of 71 miles from Alexandria to El Alamein shall honour them.
I promise that ALL sponsorship money shall only be spent on funding my visit to El Alamein and as a lasting, positive legacy shall also be spent on the provision of at least 10,000 suicide prevention information packs which will then be distributed to schools (11 plus), colleges and universities in order to inspire and encourage those in need to reach out.
